Return & Refund Policy

At ODSea, we want you to feel confident with your purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and the hygiene liner intact, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order. Our team will gladly help you choose the best size and reduce the need for returns.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, swimwear may only be returned if it is unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and the hygiene liner intact.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, or any damage cannot be returned.

Final Sale items and Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, provided the item is unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
